Terms of Service

“Wan Buffer Services”, “we”, “us” refers to Wan Buffer Services with headquarters in Ahmedabad, India and offices in Kuwait City and Paris. “ERP-Agent” is our managed AI + ERP automation service offering.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, server, or any connected network or database.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious material.
• Reproduce, copy, or resell any portion of the site without our written consent.

ERP-Agent is a fully managed service. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreement (MSA), and mutual NDA are executed before any engagement begins. Those documents — not this page — govern the specifics of deliverables, pricing, acceptance, warranty, liability, and confidentiality for a given engagement.

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

All content on this site — copy, graphics, logos, the ERP-Agent name, and the Wan Buffer Services brand — is owned by Wan Buffer Services or used under licence. You may not reuse, republish, or redistribute without permission. Engagement-specific IP (custom code, agent configurations) is addressed in the SOW.

ERP-Agent integrates with third-party platforms including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, and Zoho. You are responsible for maintaining valid licences for those platforms. We are not liable for changes, outages, or deprecations in third-party systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wan Buffer Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site. Engagement-specific liability limits are set out in the MSA for that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless the engagement-specific MSA specifies otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
