• Contact details you submit through demo request, partner application, and contact forms (name, work email, company, ERP system, company size).
• Usage data — pages visited, referrers, approximate location, device and browser type — via first-party analytics.
• Engagement data — during an active engagement, we process the minimum ERP data required to configure and operate the agents, under a signed NDA and on your infrastructure.

We use the information to:

• Respond to demo requests and partner enquiries.
• Send transactional communications and proposals.
• Improve the website and service.
• Meet our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not use your engagement data to train public AI models.

Website and marketing data is processed on standard cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP) in regions chosen to support GDPR compliance.

ERP engagement data stays inside your infrastructure. ERP-Agent is deployed on your on-premise or private cloud server; we access it only under NDA and only for setup and maintenance.

We retain marketing data for as long as needed to serve your enquiry, plus a reasonable period for legal and audit purposes. Engagement data retention is governed by the SOW/MSA for that engagement.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You can also object to direct marketing and withdraw consent at any time.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, NDA-bound personnel, and audit logging. AWS certifications and GDPR alignment apply.
